Arduino Tinkering: An Introduction and Crash Course

In this workshop, participants will explore the Arduino micro-controller. If you are fond of tinkering with electronics and DIY projects, you’ll love the Arduino!

We will go through a quick introduction of this small computer and then jump into how to use it to communicate with lights, sensors, and other electronic components. Using Arduino software, we will upload code directly to breadboard circuits and create two distinct projects.

These projects are designed to teach the core lessons of working with an Arduino and hopefully encourage participants to pursue their own electronic projects.

Adults & teens (13+) are encouraged to join instructor and DIY enthusiast and independent game developer Noah Marcus for this approximately 2 hour workshop, which has limited space available.

The library’s Ardunios were purchased with a generous grant from the Brookfield Education Foundation.

Registration is not open for this event.
