Children’s Program Winter Weather Cancellation Policy

When the Brookfield Schools are closed due to inclement weather, all children’s programs scheduled for that day are cancelled.

When the Brookfield Schools are on delayed opening due to inclement weather, all programs scheduled before 11:30 a.m. for that day are cancelled.

In the event that the Brookfield Schools have an early dismissal due to inclement weather, all children’s programs scheduled after 12 noon that day are cancelled.

If the Brookfield Schools are closed or dismissed early due to inclement weather and there is an evening program scheduled at the library, please check your email or call to confirm if the program is still on.
