As of March 5, 2008, The Brookfield Library has revised its policy regarding loans for DVDs.

• New DVDs (owned by the library for less than six months): limited to THREE PER FAMILY.
• DVDs older than six months: limited to ten per borrower's card.
• DVDs will be held in reserve for no more than forty-eight hours.
• DVDs older than 6 months will be loaned for 7 days with no renewals.
